Ingredients

300g Fig strudel
250g Milk
250g Cream
100g Egg yolk
50g Sugar
1 Vanilla stick
Cinnamon

Preparation

1. Combine the egg yolks and sugar with a whisk

2. Put milk and cream in a saucepan.

3. Add the vanilla pod and bring everything to a boil.

4. Pour the cream and milk over the yolks with sugar.

5. Mix well and return to the pot.

6. Stir constantly and measure the temperature.

7. Remove from heat when the temperature reaches 84°C.

8. Strain the cream through a sieve and place in a container with cold water and ice cubes

9. Serve with Lasta fig strudel and grated cinnamon sticks.

Ingredients

100g Egg yolk
75g Egg white
50g Sugar
500g Mascarpone
300g Chocolate strudel
600g Water
5g Instant coffee
15g Marsala vino
Cocoa

Preparation

1. In a metal bowl, use a whisk to mix egg yolk, egg white and sugar.

2. Put it on a pot with water and stir with quick movements on steam until a light yellow cream is obtained.

3. Using a mixer, mix the mascarpone and add the previously made cream.

4. Mix everything together until it is combined into a uniform cream.

5. Put instant coffee in hot water.

6. Add marsala and dip one chocolate strudel at a time and place in the prepared dish.

7. Cover the strudels with cream and repeat the whole process once more.

8. Sprinkle everything with cocoa powder and cool well before serving.

Ingredients

80g Tea rings
40g Butter
282g Cheese
130g Sugar
3g Vanilla (paste or aroma)
14g All purpose flour
2g Salt
2 Eggs
200g Cream

Preparation

1. Line an 18 cm diameter metal mold with baking paper.

2. Chop up the tea rings, mix them with melted butter, press them into the mold and cool everything well.

3. Gradually add cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla, one egg at a time, flour, etc. to the mixer.
4. Combine everything well and pour over the previously prepared mold.

5. Heat the oven to 220 C. Bake the cheesecake for 20-25 minutes. When it is ready, it should have a brown crust.

6. Cool it well in the mold before serving

Lasta Lindo chocolate mousse

Chocolate is always a good way to happiness, especially when we add a little more chocolate to it. Ingredients

190g Linđo chocolate
250g Chocolate
100g Butter
80g Egg yolk
180g Egg white
20g Sugar
125g Cream

Preparation

1. Crush the lindo biscuits and arrange them in glasses or bowls for serving.

2. Melt the butter and chocolate in steam.

3. Add the egg yolk to the melted butter and chocolate and mix everything well.

4. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites and sugar into stiff peaks.

5. Mix the egg white snow with the previously made mixture in light circular movements.

6.Lightly beat the sweet cream.

7. Add cream to the mixture and mix everything well.

8. Put the prepared mousse over the lindo biscuits and cool well.

9. Before serving, sprinkle with the rest of the crushed biscuits.

150g Dark Chocolate
50g Brown Sugar
8g Cocoa
Rum

Preparation

1. Place chocolate, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.

2. Add the amount of rum as desired.

3. Pour hot milk over everything and leave for a few minutes.

4. Mix everything well.
